My Contribution:
As an E-commerce Specialist, I managed the end-to-end online merchandising and campaign strategy for the company's diverse brand portfolio. My role quickly expanded beyond the core responsibilities, allowing me to drive significant improvements in marketing, design, and web development for both B2B and B2C channels.
Core Responsibilities:
✦ Planned, created, and implemented comprehensive online merchandising strategies for the entire product portfolio.
✦ Collaborated effectively with marketing, trade marketing, and sales departments to design and launch impactful campaigns and promotional activities for the e-commerce channel.
✦ Sourced, created, and maintained all product-related content across the website, ensuring a strong focus on on-site SEO to maximize visibility and organic traffic.
✦ Generated and analyzed detailed performance reports on the product catalog, providing key insights from sales and pricing perspectives to inform business strategy.
Key Achievements and Skill Evolution:
✦ Expanded into Digital Marketing & Strategy: Progressed into social media marketing to broaden brand reach. I was instrumental in developing the foundational buyer persona for the B2C brand, O'Shop, shaping its target audience strategy.
✦ Developed Graphic & Brand Design Skills: Took the initiative to learn and apply graphic design principles, creating compelling marketing materials for both B2B and B2C platforms. A key project was my contribution to the character design for the official O'Shop mascot.
✦ Led Web Development Initiative: Utilized my web development knowledge to propose, design, and create a complete redesign of the B2C website, significantly to improve user interface, user experience (UI/UX), and overall aesthetic.
